The cake is a cook idea though and it's great if you have 30 seconds. Take a box of Spi...Want an easier version of this? Take a box of Spice Cake Mix and add it to a can of pumpkin. Throw in the chocolate chips, spoon onto cookie sheet, and bake. So much easier! <br /><br />I actually used carrot cake mix instead and decided to be super lazy and just threw it in a cake pan instead of forming into cookies. I also added a cream cheese frosting to the top. Now those were good.
