Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 diced onion
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- cajun seasoning
- garlic powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- Brown sausage
- Add vegetables and seasoning to taste
- Add water if necessary
- Simmer 30 min
- Serve over rice
