Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in sugar, corn syrup and water. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in condensed milk, simmer, stirring constantly until mixture reaches thread stage (230 degrees on a candy thermometer).
- Add vanilla.
- Place in fondue pot or crock pot.
