Ingredients
- 1 tbl. soda
- 1 tbl. cinnamon
- 3 cups flour (do the "touch test" to make sure you have enough flour)
- 1 tbl. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbl. vanilla
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups chopped walnuts (8 oz.)
Yield: 3 dozen
