Red Enchilada Sauce

This recipe saved us when we didn't have any cans of enchilada sauce. It's very easy and you probably have all the ingredients in your pantry!

  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  1. Mix and boil first three ingredients in sauce pan.
  2. Mix in tomato sauce and water.
  3. Stir occasionally until boiling.
