- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 - 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 3 boullion cubes
- 3 c. water
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 small can chopped green chilis
Directions
- Brown meat and onion in pot. Drain fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).
- Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips and grated cheese.
